Do I need previous experience with meditation to take this course?

Absolutely not! Whether you're new to meditation or an avid practicer, I've got you covered from teaching you the basics of meditation to supporting you in building an advanced mediation practice! This course is designed to be accessible to all levels of meditators, from complete beginners to those with some meditation background. Each module offers gentle, trauma-responsive approach to help you build a meditation practice that suits you.

 

How can meditation help with healing work?

Meditation is a powerful tool with many benefits including rewiring and regulating your nervous system, becoming self-aware, emotional release and more! Through the 'Mind, Body, Soul' meditation process, you will learn to integrate meditation through its many levels and use it as a tool to heal. 

 

Can I go through the course at my own pace?

Yes! You have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can move through the modules at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Healing is a personal journey, and there’s no rush—take as much time as you need to absorb and practice each lesson.

How long is each module, and how much time will I need each week?

Each module is designed to be manageable, with videos as short as 20-30 minutes, worksheets and guided exercises. Each module will take no more than 45-60 minutes. The course is designed to fit a busy lifestyle while providing meaningful tools and avenues to support you in your healing journey.
